Mila Kunis has taken on a new role: president of her homeowners association. And the 42-year-old star of Black Swan admitted that it could be one of her most difficult roles yet.

"All people do is complain," she remarked on the December 8 program of Today. "All I get is complaints all day long."

Mila—who shares daughter Wyatt, 11, and son Dimitri, 9, with husband Ashton Kutcher—continued, "'No one ever goes, "You know what? Thank you so much. For anything. Ever!"

Why would the star of That '70s Show take on such a job?

"No one else wanted it," she reiterated. "It is a really thankless job!"

Her primary complaint to her neighbors is that they don't respond to emails.

"No one acknowledges emails, by the way," she continued. "They think it's a mass email; therefore, I don't receive an acknowledgement. I worked hard! ChatGPT and I worked very hard to put that email together.

Fortunately, she only manages eight residences, and she has a buddy in the same HOA who can assist her.

"Recently, I had to text my friend who lives in the neighborhood, and I was like, 'You need to reply to my email,'" she added while chuckling, "so that I can encourage other people to acknowledge my email."

And that's because no one in her Beverly Hills neighborhood will respond just because she's Mila Kunis.

"They're desensitized," she said in a December 1 interview with The Wall Street Journal. "The funniest part is when I have to call someone to look at the road because it is eroding or something, and they arrive and begin laughing. I'm like, "I know this is ridiculous, but please give me a quote on this."

Mila, who married Ashton in 2015, revealed that her home life is otherwise rather normal.

"Every day, I wake up at 6:15 a.m. "First thing I do is turn off my alarm," she said. "I get myself a cup of coffee and fix the kids' breakfasts and lunch, then Ashton takes them to the bus. It’s very laid-back.”
