Kylie Jenner is sharing a personal health journey that she says changed her life after nearly three years of struggling with persistent back pain following the birth of her son, Aire. The 28-year-old revealed that the pain began after her second pregnancy and lingered despite trying various treatments. She explained on Instagram that she had been dealing with "bad chronic back pain" and that "nothing I tried seemed to help," prompting her to explore other options.

Jenner said hearing about Kim Kardashian's positive experience with a similar approach pushed her to look into stem cell therapy. She traveled to work with Dr. Adeel Khan and his team at Eterna Health, where she underwent the procedure. Sharing photos from a hospital bed, along with images showing two bandages placed on her lower back, she told fans that hearing Kim's relief "gave me the confidence to look into stem cell therapy" and that she felt "so grateful for the opportunity and resources."

Her posts also included a picture standing next to Dr. Khan and snapshots from his clinic. Jenner emphasized that "everyone's body is different," but described the treatment as "a huge step in my healing." She encouraged her followers to "do your research... talk to your doctor and medical professionals," noting that she opened up about the experience in case it could help others going through similar struggles.

Kylie's reveal comes as Kim and Khloé Kardashian have also spoken publicly about working with Dr. Khan for their own chronic pain and recovery needs. Kim described using stem cell therapy for a torn shoulder and ongoing back issues, saying the "results were immediate." Khloé sought treatment for inflammation and workout-related strain, sharing that the "bonus of anti-aging" quickly became her favourite part of the experience.

Jenner shares her two children, Stormi and Aire, with ex-partner Travis Scott. She recently spoke about adjusting to motherhood on Khloé's podcast, explaining that becoming a parent at a young age came with challenges. She said it took time for her to regain her sense of self after each pregnancy, adding that it took "like a year" after both births to truly feel like herself again.
