Ellie Goulding has publicly announced her second pregnancy. The 38-year-old singer confirmed she is expecting her second child by flaunting her baby bump on Dec. 1 at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London.
Ellie, who also has a four-year-old son named Arthur with ex-husband Caspar Jopling, wore a black crop top with an open long leather coat that showed off her bump. She completed the look with black capri trousers and black heels.
While she has kept her love life out of the spotlight since her split from Caspar in 2024, she sparked romance rumors with actor Beau Minniear this summer after he shared a photo of someone with blonde hair lying in a bed as part of a July photo dump. The "Love Me Like You Do" singer commented a red heart emoji on the post, with Beau responding with the same.
Ellie has previously shared details about her motherhood journey, describing how it "changed her to the core," making it her top priority.
"It really has changed everything about my life," Ellie told Marie Claire in April 2022. "There have been so many chemical hormonal changes that I still can't even compute. My brain is like a different brain, and I'm still trying to figure that out."
She stated, "I'm preoccupied with being a mother."
While Ellie admits that motherhood was not always on her mind before having her first child, she has never looked back.
"After we got married, people kept asking me when we were going to have kids, and I would say, 'I don't know if I will. I really love my job. I love my freedom,'" she told Daily Mail in August 2021. "It has come really naturally to me. I've never felt any disconnect or confusion about what I'm doing."
