Eminem's daughter Alaina Scott is opening up about the long and emotional road that led to her pregnancy, calling the moment she found out she was expecting her first child with her husband, Matt Moeller, a deeply meaningful milestone after months of trying to conceive.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, the 32-year-old revealed that the process of trying to conceive came with significant "emotional strain." She described how each month brought renewed hope that "maybe this is it, maybe this is our turn," capturing the weight of waiting and uncertainty that defined the journey for her and Moeller.
Alaina shared that as they were building their home, the couple wrote a prayer on one of the walls, asking for a healthy baby and a positive test in 2025. The moment she eventually learned she was pregnant happened in that very space, which she described as a "true full circle moment." She later included black-and-white footage of herself discovering the positive test for the first time, a moment filled with raw emotion.
Announcing her pregnancy in October, Alaina posted photos of her and Moeller holding a baby onesie labeled "Baby Moeller" with "Coming 2026." She also shared images of the surprise reveal she set up for her husband as she walked him blindfolded through their home, where she waited with a box containing the test and gold balloon letters spelling "Baby M."
Reflecting on the little life growing inside her, she wrote that for months she had "carried a tiny heartbeat" that had already changed hers in countless ways. She also spoke about how grateful she felt to finally be expanding their family after wanting this for so long, thanking God for what she called a blessing.
In another post, Alaina revealed that she and Moeller are expecting a baby girl. The reveal came in a video that began in black-and-white before switching to full color as pink confetti burst into the air. She wrote lovingly about imagining her husband as a "girl dad" and said she could already picture their daughter's tiny hand in his.
Alaina, adopted by Eminem in the early 2000s, is preparing to welcome the rapper's second grandchild. Her sister, Hailie Jade, became a mother earlier this year, reflecting on how parenthood helped her better understand her father's desire to guard both privacy and joy when raising his children.
