Khloé Kardashian and her sister Kim once again leaned into the long-running speculation surrounding Khloé's paternity, this time with humour, after a decades-old Bible connected to both Robert Kardashian Sr. and O.J. Simpson resurfaced on The Kardashians.

The episode shows Kim revealing that she secretly spent over $80,000 at auction to bring home a Bible their father had once given to Simpson. When she told Khloé about the purchase, the sisters immediately slipped into the familiar rhythm of poking fun at a rumour that has followed their family for years.

Khloé didn't hold back her reaction to the estate rejecting Kim's original private offer. "What a--holes just to not just give it to us," she joked, before doubling down with a line clearly meant to tease: "It's proven he's our dad."

Kim joined in, firing back with her own playful twist on the rumour: "Well, it's questionable between which one, between O.J. and Dad."
Khloé kept up the bit, laughing as she added, "Both of my dads... Give it to me!"

Despite the light-hearted banter, the Bible carried deep emotional weight. The inscription inside was written by Robert Kardashian in 1994, just days after Nicole Brown Simpson's murder. Kim eventually gifted the book to Khloé for her birthday, a gesture that moved her younger sister. In her confessional, Khloé explained, "I don't have many things of my dad's... Just seeing his name and handwriting was very sentimental to me."

Kim later sat with her daughter Chicago to look through the book, telling her, "My daddy gave this book to his best friend to give him some motivation from Jesus." She gently avoided diving into the darker parts of the story, adding, "This is not my dad's writing so it must be O.J.'s. He went to jail. It's a long story, I'll tell you when you're older."

Although the rumour has lived online for more than a decade, O.J. Simpson addressed it directly in 2019, insisting, "The simple fact of the matter is she is not mine."
