Meghan Trainor had all eyes on her at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala, and fans could hardly recognize her.

The "All About That Bass" singer, 33, turned heads at the Los Angeles event Saturday night in a strapless white Alin Le Kal gown paired with satin opera gloves and a diamond choker, channeling full princess glam. The Grammy winner's husband, actor Daryl Sabara, 33, joined her on the red carpet.

Social media immediately lit up after photos surfaced, with many commenting on Trainor's transformed appearance.
"Who is this? Seriously," one user posted on X, while another wrote, "Omg." Others cracked jokes, with one quipping, "Meghan went to the trainer."

Not everyone was amused. "The same woman that said, 'I won't be no stick figure silicone Barbie doll,'" one critic noted, referencing her 2014 hit.

Earlier this year, Trainor revealed she'd undergone breast augmentation and a lift after "having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight." She later admitted to using the diabetes-turned-weight-loss drug Mounjaro, sharing that both she and Sabara were on the medication because the couple "does everything together."

"I've worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support, shoutout to Mounjaro, to help me after my second pregnancy," she said on Instagram. "I feel great."

The pop star, who shares sons Riley, 4, and Barry, 2, has been candid about her health journey, including developing gestational diabetes during pregnancy.

Still, her changing image has sparked debate online. During a May performance, Trainor even poked fun at her transformation, altering her signature lyric to: "Yeah, it's pretty clear: I got some new boobs."

Responding to critics, she wrote, "It's disheartening that so many questions are about my body instead of my music or the decade of work that got me here."

She added, "Here's to celebrating health, growth, and putting yourself first."
