Josh Hall is officially moving on after finalizing his divorce from Christina Haack, marking the end of their two-year marriage. A California judge signed off on the settlement on August 26, more than a year after Hall first filed in July 2024 citing irreconcilable differences.

Following the ruling, the 44-year-old realtor took to Instagram with a pointed message about his ex-wife. "Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality," Hall wrote on August 28, alongside a photo of himself outdoors. "Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I've always worked hard, kept what's mine, and declined handouts, and I'm keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don't marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention."

Court documents outline how the couple's assets were divided. Haack retained her Newport Beach mansion, which serves as her primary home with her children, and a farmhouse in Franklin, Tennessee, where she previously filmed her show Christina in the Country. Hall kept his Thompson's Station property in Tennessee along with several vehicles, including a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, and a 1982 DeLorean. He also received a Honda CRF motorcycle.

The settlement required Haack to make financial payments to her ex-husband. According to filings, she paid Hall $300,000 in May from the sale of their Nashville property, $100,000 in September 2024, and $40,000 in attorney's fees. Both parties waived spousal support despite having no prenuptial agreement. A source familiar with the matter said Hall "agreed to split everything he and Christina earned together, and they each walked away from the divorce with everything that they had made prior to the marriage."

Haack, 42, previously addressed the split, confirming in May that "a settlement has been reached through mediation." She praised her legal team, saying they handled the process with "class and grace" and expressed relief at being able to move forward. In a June interview, she acknowledged the toll of the proceedings, describing mediation as lasting nearly 12 hours.

The former couple, who wed in 2021, did not share any children together. Haack continues to raise her three kids from previous marriages and is now dating Christopher Larocca. Hall has also moved on and is in a relationship with Stephanie Gabrys.

With the judgment finalized, Hall made it clear he considers the chapter closed, declaring online that he "couldn't be happier."
