JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are preparing to welcome their first child. The couple, who met on Season 12 of The Bachelorette in 2016 and married six years later, shared the news with fans on Thursday, August 28.

In a joint Instagram post, they wrote, "We love you so much already, our sweet rainbow baby. 🌈🕊️Baby Rodgers coming January 2026 🤍." The post included a video of Fletcher showing off her baby bump on the beach, where the couple danced, embraced, and held up the baby's ultrasound photos. Jordan was also seen holding small white baby shoes, adding a tender moment to the celebratory footage.

The announcement comes after a long journey for the couple. They had originally planned to marry in 2020 but were forced to postpone their wedding twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They eventually tied the knot in May 2022 at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, California, and later honeymooned in Greece. The delays did not dampen their excitement, and the couple has since been enjoying life as newlyweds while preparing for the next chapter: parenthood.

Fletcher and Rodgers have expressed their desire to start a family for some time. In earlier interviews, they shared how much having children meant to them and how they had been anticipating this stage of life. With both of them stepping into new roles as parents, the pregnancy represents a significant milestone in their personal journey.

The couple's Instagram announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations and well-wishes from friends, family, and fans. Fellow Bachelor Nation stars and supporters flocked to the comments to celebrate the news, reflecting the widespread excitement surrounding the couple's growing family. "So happy for y'all! Congrats!!!"  Hannah Brown said.

While Fletcher has hinted at fertility challenges in the past, the announcement confirms that they are moving forward with their plans and embracing parenthood with joy.
