Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of Party of Five star Scott Wolf, was arrested late Tuesday night in Summit County, Utah, on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and unauthorized disclosure of personal information.
The 48-year-old reality TV alum, known for her appearance on The Real World: New Orleans, was booked into the county jail following weeks of increasingly tense social media activity. A public information officer confirmed she has not yet appeared before a judge and no bail has been set.
Her arrest comes as the former couple navigates a contentious divorce and custody dispute involving their three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Scott, 57, was granted temporary sole custody earlier this summer, while Kelley was restricted to supervised parenting time and a gag order preventing either parent from posting about the other online.
Despite that court order, Kelley had recently taken to Instagram to share a series of incendiary posts, including private messages, allegations against Scott, and even communications involving their children. Some of her posts appeared to reveal sensitive personal details, behavior authorities say may have violated both state law and the standing court agreement.
Hours before being taken into custody, Kelley documented the moment on Instagram Stories. "The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why," she wrote. "I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. I am so scared. So confused."
Scott, for his part, has publicly denied Kelley's claims of abuse, calling them "completely baseless and incredibly dangerous." He alleged earlier this month that Kelley had admitted in texts that she planned to fabricate accusations in order to regain custody.
The Wolfs were married for 21 years before announcing their split in June. While Kelley maintains she has lost nearly everything in the fallout, she insists she is fighting strategically for her children.
