Christopher Clark may not have had a speaking role in And Just Like That... but he's certainly talking to the internet—through vibes, facial expressions, and an unforgettable presence. A loyal fan of the Sex and the City universe, Clark appeared in the Season 3, Episode 9 finale, playing what would traditionally be called an "extra." However, online audiences have dubbed him "the extra extra" after his animated background acting earned him viral fame.

The scene, a somber bar reunion between Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends, was underscored with a Taylor Swift track and Parker's voiceover. Yet viewers couldn't help but focus on Clark at the end of the bar, where he appeared to be living his best life. His energy was so infectious that a clip of the scene shared by the fan account @everyoutfitonsatc was captioned "The Meryl Streep of background actors," garnering over 20,000 likes.

Clark, a realtor by day and occasional actor by heart, shared with CNN that he had no idea the scene would be so poignant when he filmed it a year ago. Allowed to speak freely during the shoot due to a voiceover being laid on top later, fans were quick to lip-read his cheeky line: "You're bad! You're so bad!"

This is not Clark's first appearance alongside the show's central characters. He has previously appeared in other episodes, as well as the 2010 film Sex and the City 2. To him, the characters are not just icons—they're family. His dog was even named Bradshaw in honor of Sarah Jessica Parker's character.

HBO Max has remained silent on the growing calls to make Clark's character a recurring feature, though its official account did playfully comment, "Did I just see a star be born?" While he may have only been a background player on paper, Clark's charisma proved that sometimes, stealing the scene is just a matter of sitting at the right bar with the right attitude.
