While the bare-faced picture stood out for its simplicity, Lopez also included other photos from her birthday celebration that showed a more glamorous side. In one image, she wore a white robe with her hair styled in loose curls, paired with a smokey eye, contoured cheeks, and a nude lip, offering a striking contrast to the earlier makeup-free shot.
The celebration took place during a break from her Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour. She used the opportunity to debut a new song titled "Birthday," adding to the festive mood of the evening. One video showed her dancing joyfully in a sleek, shimmering silver dress with a plunging neckline and low-cut back, surrounded by cheering guests in a chic private venue.
Her longtime manager and friend, Benny Medina, made an appearance during the party, taking the microphone to shout "Happy Birthday" as the music played. The event also featured an eye-catching, three-tier birthday cake nearly as tall as Lopez herself. Decorated with pink and white frosting, sprinkles, and a topper that read "J. Lo," the cake added a playful personal touch to the evening.
Photos shared on her Instagram Stories gave fans a closer look at her dress and the lively atmosphere. This tour marks her return to the stage after canceling her previous tour, This Is Me... Live, in May 2024. The Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour began in Galicia, Spain, on July 8. She is scheduled to perform next in Warsaw, Poland, on July 25.
During a concert in Bilbao, Spain, Lopez humorously responded to a fan holding a sign that read "J. Lo, marry me?" by saying, "I think I'm done with that. I've tried that a few times." The tour will end in Sardinia, Italy, on August 12 before she begins her Las Vegas residency in December.
