Jojo Siwa recently shared a TikTok video of her getting emotional after her boyfriend, Chris Hughes, complimented her hairline. This simple comment brought back memories of a painful part of Jojo's childhood. While she was drying her hair, Chris casually said, "You have a really good hairline," without realizing the weight his words carried.

Jojo told him, "That's the number one thing I was bullied for as a kid," as she wiped away her tears. She went on to explain that being teased about her hairline deeply affected her self-esteem. Chris reassured her with a hug and said, "I love your hairline... it's got so much hair."

In the caption of the video Jojo explained that from 2017 to 2020 online memes targeting her hairline were a constant source of pain. She said that his words helped heal an old wound. "It's almost like I had a band aid over it for the last 8 years and just was leaving it there scared to look under it to see if it's healed, and he removed it being like why do u have this on before I could even explain what it was."

The two met on Celebrity Big Brother U.K. earlier this year and confirmed their relationship last month. After the show they first called themselves "platonic soulmates" but later on they admitted that their connection had grown into something more.

Chris is currently visiting Jojo in the U.S and the two have been spending so much time together. Speaking to E! News, Chris said, "She's literally the love of my life, but she's also my best friend. Like, we sit and do nothing together."

Fans were quick to show support after JoJo posted the emotional video. One person wrote, "Oh my God he's literally healing her." Another added, "Chris you best never hurt this woman I swear."

JoJo also shared in the video caption, "Lucky lucky girl I am. Don't even think I realize how lucky sometimes."
What started as a casual compliment turned into a touching reminder of how healing love and kindness can be.
