Vanessa Hudgens is fully embracing her second pregnancy. On Monday, July 21, the actress, 36, shared a new black-and-white photo from a maternity shoot with her husband, Cole Tucker, 29. In the photo, the couple is seated on a bench, with Hudgens leaning into Tucker's arms. She wears a cream-colored outfit that reveals her growing baby bump. The sweet moment was shared on Instagram with the caption, "Happy Monday! Love, mom and dad lol."
Hudgens first announced her pregnancy on Instagram on July 12, nearly a year after welcoming her first child with Tucker. She posted three photos where she and Tucker are beaming and pointing at her belly, celebrating the upcoming arrival. "Round two!!!!" she wrote alongside the joyful images.
Just a week before sharing the pregnancy news, Hudgens had posted a birthday tribute to her husband. On July 3, she shared a playful photo of them wearing quirky sunglasses and making funny faces, writing, "Happy birthday to my best friend/lover/partner in life. @cotuck you're everything to meeeeeee. No one does it better." Tucker responded sweetly, "You're the best mama thank you ❤️."
Interestingly, July 3 is also the birthday of their first child, who was born in 2024. To celebrate the day, Hudgens shared another heartfelt message for Tucker, writing, "Happy birthday to my slice of heaven." The post included several personal photos of the couple, Tucker, and their dog.
The love story between the Princess Switch star and the former professional baseball player began in November 2020. The couple announced their engagement in February 2023 and tied the knot in a private jungle wedding in Tulum, Mexico, in December of the same year.
Speaking about her relationship back in 2021, Hudgens told Entertainment Tonight that Tucker was "just kind of perfect" for her. She emphasized how gratitude has helped her focus on the positive moments in her life and added, "I really am happy. I think it's so important to stay grateful for everything that you have in life. I've been making that a priority, and I feel like it's just been making magic happen all the more."
