Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have officially stepped into parenthood. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Colette Annalise McCaffrey, as announced in a black-and-white Instagram carousel shared on July 13. In a quiet caption, the post simply read her name followed by a white heart emoji.

The intimate hospital photos captured a defining moment for the model and the San Francisco 49ers running back. One photo showed Culpo gripping McCaffrey's hand during labor. "The scariest and most rewarding of all experiences," she wrote via Instagram Stories. "As soon as he came into the room I felt most at peace. Look at the grip."

McCaffrey was seen holding their newborn daughter, gazing down at her while she lay nestled in a soft blanket. "Colette is so lucky to have the best daddy in the world," Culpo added in another heartfelt post. "A love like no other."

The couple first shared news of the pregnancy in March 2025. In a post titled "Next chapter, motherhood 🤍," Culpo posed in flowing maternity wear, visibly embracing the new phase. Speaking to People at the time, she expressed her joy: "I'm so excited and grateful to be pregnant. I've been dreaming of this for a long time. It's very special."

The pregnancy, however, had not always felt certain. On a 2022 episode of The Culpo Sisters, Olivia opened up about her health concerns stemming from endometriosis, saying, "I worry all the time about my timeline. I feel like I have to have kids ASAP."

McCaffrey, 29, who Culpo described as "made to be a dad," reportedly embraced the journey with calm readiness. "He's so excited," she said earlier this year. "I think he's gonna really enjoy it and be just the best."

The couple married in June 2024 following a four-year relationship that began in 2019 and a 2023 proposal in Utah. Their shared moments leading up to parenthood were marked by public admiration, fashion campaigns, and mutual support through health and career highs.

Reflecting on her own mother's role during pregnancy, Culpo said, "One thing I realized... is actually how much I've needed my mom, which I didn't anticipate." She added poignantly, "It's ironic that you need your mom the most when you're about to become a mom."

Now, with baby Colette's arrival, a new chapter has officially begun.
