Montana Jordan, best known for portraying Georgie Cooper in Young Sheldon, marked a new milestone on June 21 as he married his longtime partner Jenna Weeks in a rustic, cowboy-inspired ceremony in Texas. The couple, both 22, opted for a celebration that embraced their Southern roots and prioritized intimacy and family.
Their relationship began at 18 during a serendipitous meeting at a Cody Johnson concert. "We were each with our families, standing side by side at the show," Jenna recalled. "The rest is history." That moment sparked a romance that has spanned four years and recently blossomed into parenthood with the birth of their daughter, Emma Rae, in May 2024.
The wedding was attended by 200 guests, including Jordan's Young Sheldon castmates Emily Osment, Raegan Revord, Will Sasso, Rachel Bay Jones, and Jessie Prez. The event featured western-themed attire and heartfelt tributes, creating what Jenna described as a day that "fills our cup," emphasizing the importance of family and togetherness.
Jordan, who rose to fame at age 12 when he landed the lead role in The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter among 10,000 hopefuls, told PEOPLE he left the planning to Jenna. "I let her steer the boat. I just wanted her to have the day she dreamed of," he said. Jenna echoed the sentiment, saying, "I didn't have a list of must-haves, just our families with us."
The actor proposed in January 2024 on their Texas property, sharing a heartfelt message online: "To the woman I love most, you are the light of my life, Sweetheart. I love you to the moon and back a million times. I can't wait to see what the future brings for us and our family."
Jordan currently reprises his role as Georgie in the CBS series Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, a continuation of the Big Bang Theory universe. The show, which premiered in October 2024, focuses on young parents navigating life and love while raising a family in Texas.
