Kylie Jenner has publicly disclosed the specifics of her breast augmentation in a rare and candid response to a fan's TikTok plea, providing a transparent look into the cosmetic procedure she underwent at age 19.
British YouTuber Rachel Leary had posted a TikTok video asking Jenner to explain how she achieved what she described as "the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever." In her caption, she wrote, "Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner 🥺 I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully 🙏🏼😩."
To the surprise of many, Jenner replied with complete transparency: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!" She also revealed the name of her surgeon, saying, "Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol." Dr. Fisher is a well-known Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon who has reportedly worked with other Kardashian family members, including Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
This revelation marks a shift from Jenner's earlier stance. In previous years, she denied undergoing breast augmentation. In a 2015 blog post, she wrote, "I haven't gotten breast implants! Everyone is obsessed with that," attributing changes in her appearance to weight gain. A month later, she tweeted, "I haven't done anything except my lips but nobody seems to believe that."
However, in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner openly admitted to getting breast implants at 19, just before giving birth to her daughter Stormi. "I got my breasts done before Stormi," she told her friend Anastasia "Stassie" Karanikolaou. "They were still healing." Reflecting on the decision, she said, "I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
Jenner expressed regret and advised others to wait until after having children. "I would be heartbroken if [Stormi] wanted to get her body done at 19," she said. "She's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom, the best example for her."
While Jenner has been open about her use of fillers, she continues to push back against rumors of extensive facial surgery. "I've only gotten fillers," she stated. "I don't want that to be part of my story." Despite public scrutiny, she maintains that she was always "the most confident person in the room."
