Cassie Ventura is disclosing graphic information about the alleged "freak off" sex parties hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Prior to their 2018 breakup, the singer of "Must Be Love" dated Combs intermittently for ten years. She described how she used drugs at his alleged orgies, which are at the heart of his federal sex trafficking trial that is currently taking place in New York.

According to NBC News, which had a correspondent in the courtroom on May 14, Ventura stated during her testimony that ketamine was the drug of choice for both herself and Combs during the "freak offs" with sex workers.

Ventura remarked, "Ketamine, Sean had it." "It took time out of the freak-off."

The 38-year-old gave the following explanation for her choice of injectable ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic: "That was my preferred drug because it was the most dissociative."

"Makes the user feel disconnected and not in control," the Drug Enforcement Administration said of ketamine's hallucinatory effects. "It makes patients feel detached from their pain and environment."

In her testimony, Ventura, who is presently expecting her third child with husband Alex Fine, said that Combs would urge her to have sex with other guys during the "freak offs," while he watched and enjoyed himself.

Ventura identified images of numerous prostitutes employed for the alleged "freak offs" when the prosecution presented them to him in court. According to NBC News, she explained that she couldn't recall all of their names, citing the website Cowboys 4 Angels as sources for "Ash," "Islander," "Sklyer," and "Jake."

She remarked, "Don't remember his name," in reference to one picture. "He looks familiar from 'freak offs.'"
