In footage obtained by TMZ, the "Reacher" star appears to strike the alleged victim, identified as Ronnie Taylor, multiple times while the two grapple on a suburban street.

The chaotic scene unfolded in broad daylight, with two young boys on motorbikes, believed to be Ritchson's sons, watching nearby as the altercation escalated.

At one point, Taylor is seen on the ground shielding himself before Ritchson steps back, allowing him to get up and retrieve what appeared to be his glasses.

The dispute reportedly began a day earlier when Ritchson rode his green Kawasaki motorcycle through the quiet neighborhood, allegedly revving the engine and drawing Taylor's frustration.
